Meet Our Owner

Jeff Whaley, a native of Colorado, began his career as a residential real estate appraiser in 2001. Throughout his career, Jeff has been a member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA), volunteers appraisal services to Habitat for Humanity, and served as president of the Colorado Springs chapter of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CAREA).

Jeff has a long family history of military service and served in the US Army before becoming a residential real estate appraiser. Additionally, Jeff has worked within the construction industry for both residential and commercial properties.
